Stupid People on Youtube

Hello guys, sorry for the long awaited next post. Haven't gotten a chance to sit down and think for a while. Anyways, here we go.

As you guys know, I am a big member of youtube and use the site a lot to watch and to upload my own videos. My ID on there is gurielzeigerman. I recently had the displeasure of watching some of goneviral69's videos. There are so many things wrong with this guy, I'll have to break this down into sections. He is just a prime example of the shear stupidity that some people on youtube continue to show and preach to other vulnerable, stupid people.

For my first example, I'm going to discuss his "Boycott China; K9 Killers" Video which can be watched here:

In the video he suggests that Chinese communists have intentionally poisoned our pet foods. Oh really? And I'm sure the migrant workers who relieve themselves in fields and don't always wash their hands do so on purpose to kill us with our spinach? Yea, OK MORON. Accidents happen, and there is nothing we can do to prevent them. He even goes on to say that he has no proof and does not know whether it was an accident or an intentional act. Now, I ask that, upon such conclusion, how did he then presume that "the communists are out to get us"? He goes on to say that the Chinese horribly beat their dogs and use them for furs, food, etc. Ok, yes they do. BUT, we do the same to raccoons, cows, mink, etc. The Chinese feel the same way about us eating cows as we feel about them eating dogs. It's called culture you idiot. If you would simply get out of that brainwashed hole of yours and stop believing EVERYTHING that ANYONE tells you, you would realize that many of the things you have said are utterly stupid. Goneviral69 also says that we should boycott China. Well, most things are made in China. In fact, we couldn't function without the things made in China. It's cheap labor. However wrong it may be, it is what it is. For example, Ipods are made in China. People work for pennies a day to make these $250 devices that kids have come to love so much. It has become somewhat of an American Icon. We wouldn't have computers without China. We wouldn't have a lot of things. Now his argument for this is going to be "Well, we can make all those things in America". Yes, true, we can make all of those things here. BUT, once again it is not practical. Labor in America is MUCH MUCH more expensive than in China. So everything would shoot up in price while we are still paid the same salaries. Therefore, we would not be able to afford many of the things we can now. The final thing that goneviral69 says in his video is to "not participate in the 2008 Olympics held in Beijing". In my opinion, he is willing to rob people of their once in a life time chance to win a gold medal? This is just totally wrong. And this has just been ONE of his 98 videos.

At this point, I'm only going to discuss another 2 videos, otherwise this will become too long to read.

In a video called "Gates stole Vista, Make Vista Free", goneviral69 says that Gates wasn't "original" enough to come up with his own name for software. And get this, he says he stole the name from Vista, California. Oh come on, get real man! I bet he stole "windows" from the windows in your house, and that steve jobs stole OS from "operating system". Get real! A lot of things have the same names. He goes on to say that with all the billions Gates has, that he should at least "compensate" the residents of Vista California for the use of their name. Oh brother!

The third video is about "compensating" Youtubers for the content they put up on the site since they "keep the site going". Oh sure, I'd LOVE to get paid to make my videos. But it just ain't going to happen. You know how many billions of dollars it would cost? It's just like saying we should get free groceries from Walmart because without us, Walmart couldn't make money. Sad how the examples of stupidity in this article just get more and more stupid. Oh, almost forgot. This guy is saying this WHILE HE USES HIS YOUTUBE VIDEOS TO PROMOTE HIS SO-CALLED "GRAPHIC DESIGNS". So not only do you get free advertising, you want money too? greedy greedy. By the way, this guy calls himself a "graphic artist", yet the examples I've seen of his designs would have been better drawn by my 3 year old cousin. I can't see how someone would wear some of his designs on a shirt. Ew

The final video I am going to discuss is that we should stop making war and promote "peace and loooovee". Get out of the 60s and stop believing most of the garbage on the news. News is supposed to be just that, NEWS. All that should be said is what happened. No speculations as to why until the truth is known. And it should include good as well as bad things. This is why I have stopped watching most of the so-called "news" as it has become something totally opposite of news. Anyways, back to the point. World peace will never happen. Stop trying to be Miss Male America. Freedom was never won without a fight, and sad as it may be, that is reality. I am grateful for everyone who has served or served and died for their country, because they are the reason I am able to write things like this and express my true opinions. They are the reason that stupid people like goneviral69 get to be as stupid as they are.

There are other videos such as Impeach Bush, etc, but I won't get into those till later. Thanks for reading guys.

Inefficiency of the Post Office

As many of you know, the recent increase in stamp price went from $0.39 to $0.41. Well, for mailing sports cards, which normally use a 4"x6" bubble mailer, "your results may vary". And no, I am not saying this as a joke.

Here's the new rates as are CLEARLY explained on the USPS website:

Flat Rate Box: $8.95
Flat Rate Envelope and all Priority Mail items 1 pound and under: $4.60

Here's where it gets weird with the first class rates:

Package is equal to or less than 3/4" it should be qualified as a Large Envelope and cost $0.80 for 1st ounce.
Package is more than 3/4", it is a package and is $1.13 for first ounce.

In order to use DC, a person has to make their package at least 3/4". However, if you do not want to be charged the insanely raised prices, you have to meet that 3/4" exactly.

Now, it seems that the geniuses running the Post Office have failed to train their employees about the new rate hike. Some employees are abiding by the rules on the site and some from other post offices, say that a bubble mailer is $1.13 no matter what. It seems as though the Post Office has, once again, skipped an essential step in providing efficient service. It sounds quite stupid when the customer knows more than the employee and the employee insists on the wrong thing. It's not enough that they take an hour to mail your one package, they have to be uneducated in the Post Office's policies.

We pay more, yet I don't see anyone working faster at the Post Office? Weird...

Pledge of Allegiance: So Many Issues

Well, I've decided to write about the pledge of allegiance. Each day in school we say that pledge at the start of school. Most of us stand up, place our hands on our hearts, face the flag, and recite. Notice I said MOST not ALL. Sad, isn't it? I continuously see my classmates talking, not paying attention, sitting down, etc.. At least show some respect people.

Another issue has to be the controversy about the phrase "under god". To me, this is completely absurd. I understand that some people may not believe in one god or any god at all, but please, do not try to get rid of or change a pledge that has meaning connected to the founding of this country. If you don't believe in it, just don't recite it but at least show some respect.

So many things on my mind...

Wow. Life's full of so many things to write about I can't wait to start. Over the next few weeks, I'll be writing a multitude of different articles on topics that have piqued attention.

I'm sure many of you have heard of Prussian Blue by now. Well April, for one, your girls do not have any smudge of talent on them. Playing mediocre chords and "rythm" not lead is just a show of lack of talent. They can't play period, nevermind sing. Oh, and for common sense, I just don't see it. How can you say that hating people because they're getting better jobs than you because they are more educated is common sense? How can you say jews are successful at many thing but then hate them because they were more successful than you?

Bottom Line: No common sense in that. They were obviously more educated because they got the job, not anyone else. DUH. You and your "lack o' talent" kids have no common sense

Alice in Chains Reunited 2006

The legendery grunge band, Alice in Chains, recently reunited just this year. Their former singer, Layne, died of a speedball in 2002 which is a mixture or Heroine and Crack Cocaine.
